CLEP Test Chat

Has anybody here taken CLEP Intro to Psychology. I will take the test on Feb. 14th, 2011. Does the real test look like the quiz tests here? I need every helpful information possible to help me make an informed decision. Hope to hear from you.

I know one thing. I signed up for this because I already took the Humanities exam and got a score of 49 when I need a 50 to get the credits. I thought that this extra practice would help me and it didn't. I did great on the practice tests and I memorized a long of information. I did not improve my score I only recieved a 49 again. In fact, I dodn't remember getting a single question that was on the practice tests here. So now that I am completely frustrated, I am thinking of trying the exam Analyzing and Interupting Literature. I think I have a better shot trying to figure out what the literature is saying rather than memorizing every author, artist, composer and religion. Anyone else have any thoughts?

So, what kind of a score is really GOOD for a CLEP test? Like what will get you into whatever college you want? I know that technically you can pass with less than a 50%, but do you need to get around an 80 to have done really really well on the test?

can anyone tell me where the flash cards are for this clep or other suggestions for help

Hey everyone, I am trying to find out if anyone has taken the college algebra CLEP lately. I have been studying for awhile and have a CLEP study guide but still am not feeling fully prepared yet. If anyone has any other good study guides or can give me some insight about the test i would appreciate it. I have already purchased the practice test as well.

Does anyone have a recommendation for best text, book or resource for studying for US Hist I (as an adjunct to this site)?? thx

I took and passed this clep last Thurs with a 2 day review. I hadn't seen most of these concepts since High School. I found this site adequate to cover all of the topics enough to pass. I scored a 53, needed 50 to pass, took about 40 min. Just fyi. I highly recommend this clep for some quick credits, it was worth 6. Amazing!

Why can't I open any tests? I paid a week ago but it doesn't show in my account history. Why?

Happy to report that I just took the Principles of Marketing Clep today. I prepared with-
1) The Principles of Marketing quizzes here on cleptestreview;
2) The Principles of Marketing review book by REA

The book was short, around 70 pages of study material. It then has 3 full practice tests with detailed answers. I studied/skimmed over the complete study section once, then took half of the first practice test. It's a dry book, and couldn't stand reading it any longer. But it gave an essential background.
